The Healthy Blend

FOR FAMILIES PROGRAM

This program is specifically designed for families that want to live a healthy lifestyle and reduce the toxic load in their households. It's an online, 30 day and beyond community run by Kait & Steph who are both Mums who have lived this journey of transition personally and who work professionally in the health & wellness field. 

The Education

As we know- knowledge is power. And when we know better we can do better. Each day we will post information, tips, ideas, and research to educate you on different health related topics to enhance your knowledge and confidence in the areas of physical, mental, social and emotional health for you and your family. We will share meal plans, recipes, how-to videos, and articles to keep you engaged and moving forward on this journey toward a healthier lifestyle for your family. 

The Support

As busy working Mums we know that the best way to move forward and transition into a healthier lifestyle is to have support around you. People to bounce ideas around with, ask questions to, have non-judgemental and open conversations with and to grow alongside. We will have a weekly online Q&A session inside the community where you can ask questions of us. We will be here to guide and support you with understanding, inspiration and knowledge to ensure you and your family get the most out of this program. After the 30 days you won't be left stranded to figure it out on your own.

The Tools

Basically you have everything you need to start this journey just in your local community. We will share some products, support materials and ideas with you that have really helped us to move to a more low-tox lifestyle along the way.

The Crew

Kait Cummins: Kait is an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years experience working in mental health and paediatrics. During this time she has predominantly worked with children, teens and adults experiencing anxiety and behavioural challenges. Her role includes educating clients, parents and teachers on developing practical, solution focussed strategies to effectively manage and overcome these challenges.

Steph Bartram: Steph has Degrees in Applied Science (Human Movement) and Secondary Teaching. She also has qualifications in Wellness Coaching and Mindset Rewiring for Women.

Jessica Sewell: Jess is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience, who has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Jess’s professional work history includes working with infants, children, adolescents, and adults in varied roles both in the public and private sector. Jess has developed expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a large range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and a comprehensive understanding of complex trauma, attachment and behavioural problems for individuals of all ages.

Yoga and Meditation for families. We will explore and practice these together online.

Meal times - how to set up family mealtimes as a positive environment to get kids exploring different foods

EMF's - in a tech savvy world, how do we manage and monitor all of the devices and their impacts on health

Progress NOT perfection - we will focus on small, sustainable changes and moving forward together with support and encouragement
