What the cleanse is all about?

Add 1 L of warm water to 1 packet of Body Cleanse. Shake vigorously to mix. Drink mixture over a 2-4 hour period. Take in conjunction with a wholefoods diet. See our recipe section for delicious ideas to inspire (coming soon).

If you're not currently eating a balanced, nutritious diet and would like extra support, speak to your consultant about using our protein powder, fibre boost, greens powder and detox tea during the cleanse to really support your body in eliminating toxins and waste, for best results.

During detoxification, the kidneys use water to mix with waste in order to eliminate effectively therefore we recommend drinking a minimum of 3L of water each day of the cleanse.
​
This is not a fast, you need to consume 3 nutrient dense, fibre rich, balanced meals a day for best results. Try to limit snacking to give the body time to clean up your insides between meals and flush excess effectively. We do recommend a smoothie for breakfast during the cleanse a whipping up a soup to have for some meals during the week as it's the best way for your body to get a super nutrient dense meal without huge energy requirements for digestion- leaving more time for it to whip out the vacuum and mop and clean out that GI tract.

If you are wanting to get serious about detoxifying and getting results from this program, we do recommend excluding gluten, dairy and refined sugar from your diet and if you are doing the cleanse to identify something that might be upsetting your system, leave the eggs and nightshades out for a week while you're figuring that out also. We will 100% support you with recipe ideas, tips and delicious inspo during the program so don't stress about that at all.

This cleanse is extremely gentle so there's no need for you to worry about running to the toilet or being caught out on the run. If anything, you may find as the waste is being drawn out over the first few days you make go less frequently, with your motions normalising in the second half of the week.
​
It's only 7 days (or 10 if you are serious about doing some healing or resetting due to health challenges) so anyone can commit to making a few changes for such a short period of time, with potentially large benefits to your wellness ongoing.
